Commercially speaking, I retain the copyrights to any piece I am commissioned to do unless a separate agreement has been discussed and agreed upon between the client and me. It will not be for commercial use unless it has been discussed and agreed upon.

None of my art, commissioned or not, will ever become an NFT. This is NOT up for discussion. This includes and is not limited to ANY blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space, and is not limited to any public or private websites/domains/applications. Please don't put my art through ai, especially if it's a commissioned piece.Turnaround time can be from a week to 1-4 months!
Please note that I am a college student and will prioritize school and grades over art/commissions. If you can't wait, then please don't commission me! I'll do my best to keep the wait under a month when I start your piece! I do not do deadlines~ (more bigger pieces do require more time! That being background drawings and or hefty references/customs)

Feel free to request a specific style (textured, clean, painted), but I will most likely do whatever I think looks best and my mental health permits at the time. I'm incredibly picky and critical with my own art, and sometimes I procrastinate a piece for a bit because I dislike a particular style at the moment. Please do not commission me expecting an exact and perfect replication of an existing work. I try to give my clients my heart when they commission me.

Commissions are accepted via Google form as I no longer do waitlist!
Please do not send a payment without my approval before we've settled on the details and I have completed the first sketch!(of course you can pay ahead of time if discussed) I choose my clients based on what I deem to be motivating! If you didn't get a slot the first time, I advise you to apply again in the future, as I can't get to everyone!You CAN edit
If you commissioned a piece from me and some details may be outdated, you are free to edit it as well as having free use to put it through filters(or sumn, NOT AI) As long as you are the one who commissioned the drawing.
During the commission process. Any edits should be requested when a sketch is provided, as I won't change the image once I'm done. More extensive revisions requested may incur an extra charge due to the surplus work.Refunds will not be allowed After the piece is paid for and the sketch is completed (or the design is started).Buying my designs.
You cannot resell my designs for a higher price than purchased; personal pieces(not sketches/doodles) and commissioned work adds to the price.Awaiting your order.

When commissioning me for a custom, please provide pictures, mood boards + descriptions if needed! It helps me a lot! If wanting a design inspired by my own -designs/previous/personal designs feel free to ask and I can work something out! :]
-I cannot make promises on creating a similar character that was preciously commissioned, that is up to the owner and if you have permission from them!-Personal pieces as well as commissioned pieces add value to the character!-You are free to change/alter the character design and anything about them! Would prefer to still keep it similar to the OG and keep me always credited.
-Do not claim you created the design-(Toyhouse) If I redesigned a character of yours please credit me properly! (Do not credit me in the written portion of the character, "Additional Credits") I just find that EXTREMELY rude, and I deserve to be credited as a designer so others know! (I don't mind being sent a request to accept the notif!)
-(Toyhouse) Never remove me as a designer unless you spoke to me about it
-(Toyhouse) Please do not remove my designs from toyhouse
-(Toyhouse) You are free to private characters you receive from me, no need to auth me, but you are welcome to! I always appreciate looking back at the babs!-You are allowed to create alt. forms of the design or even siblings!
-please refrain from making a species based on the character you receive from me unless spoken to me about it first!-You are not allowed to create NSFW content of my designs if they are based on a minor/child from media and/or create NSFW content of character if you are below 18.-Please let me know if your characters are being used for commercial use! (A one-time fee will be applied)-Feel free to have personal plushes/figures/fursuits/Etc. created for them!-I don't mind if you sell/trade a design you received from me so early.(I understand folks may have trouble connecting or difficulty drawing my creations~) I would at least like the character to be drawn once in your possession, but you aren't obligated to!-Please have Fun!Rules may change at my discretion.

Shōnan

Also known as Shun is a legendary cat biker of Shōnan coast. He can turn into a giant cat Kaiju to fight unwanted forces!

Rockabilly

Rockabilly has a very sweet and outgoing personality, he's always very kind to the folks around him and wishes to bring the best of shows in town!

Journey

Journey is a divine kami of dreams and mind, he can manipulate your mind to anything you fantasize, he's a skilled martial artist and teacher! He also represents the tsuchigumo, and may tell you all about them if you ask~

Regulus

Regulus is an Airplane Dragon(species by SCPKID) Gaurdian, he has quite the imitate personality but he mostly helps around with Rockabilly, advising him. He works on many musical lyrics and creates wonderful clothes and styles~ His appearance is in reference of Prince 1999, International Lover

Sanjo

Sanjo is an Imperial Ursus Tsuchigumo, an ancient species of spider who are the children of kumonga and the great creator Kami, Izanagi. He may seem like a delinquent up to no good and just lookin' for fights but he has proven himself to be a leader figure and follows a code with utmost honesty and honor.

Rokku

A mysterious little robot. He comes from the digital world of a discontinued game called Rokkudragon. In the manual it states he's a powerful creature who can copy the ability of any who dares to fight him!
