Terms of Service

Commercially speaking, I retain the copyrights to any piece I am commissioned to do unless a separate agreement has been discussed and agreed upon between the client and me. It will not be for commercial use unless it has been discussed and agreed upon.
*-This means I can make reproductions of the painting I made for you, to sell as prints or other products. What this does NOT mean is that I retain the rights to your character. If you don't want this, feel free to discuss these things beforehand before commissioning! Just be communicative. Please do not sell or create any merchandise with my art on them without my permission.I want nothing to do with NFTs or AI.
None of my art, commissioned or not, will ever become an NFT. This is NOT up for discussion. This includes and is not limited to ANY blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space, and is not limited to any public or private websites/domains/applications. Please don't put my art through ai, especially if it's a commissioned piece.Turnaround time can be from a week to 1-2 months!
Please note that I am a college student and will prioritize school and grades over art/commissions. If you can't wait, then please don't commission me! I'll do my best to keep the wait under a month, when I start your piece! I do not do deadlines~My art style may vary
Feel free to request a specific style (textured, clean, painted), but I will most likely do whatever I think looks best and my mental health permits at the time. I'm incredibly picky and critical with my own art, and sometimes I procrastinate a piece for a bit because I dislike a particular style at the moment. Please do not commission me expecting an exact and perfect replication of an existing work. I try to give my clients my heart when they commission me.
I currently only have two styles:
-Painted/rendered

Commissions are accepted via Google form as I no longer do waitlist (I just take too long to get to them because of life;;-;;)
Please do not send a payment without my approval before we've settled on the details and I have completed the first sketch!(of course you can pay ahead of time if discussed) I choose my clients based on what I deem to be motivating! If you didn't get a slot the first time, I advise you to apply again in the future, as I can't get to everyone!You CAN edit
If you commissioned a piece from me and some details may be outdated, you are free to edit it as well as having free use to put it through filters(or sumn) As long as you are the one who commissioned the drawing.
During the commission process. Any edits should be requested when a sketch is provided, as I won't change the image once I'm done. More extensive revisions requested may incur an extra charge due to the surplus work.Refunds will not be allowed After the piece is paid for and the sketch is completed (or the design is started).Buying my designs.
You cannot resell my designs for a higher price than purchased; personal pieces(not sketches/doodles) and commissioned work adds to the price.Awaiting your order.
If the image takes more than a week for me to sketch, FEEL FREE TO POKE ME. I will try my best to keep you updated either way. I usually send WIPS of progress whenever I get to it. You can also check my trellow to see my queue and see what I'm working on ATM!Customs
When commissioning me for a custom, please provide pictures, mood boards + descriptions if needed! It helps me a lot! I will ask for IRL references if it's a specific animal/breed- that means pictures of real-life dogs, horses, cats, etc. (It helps me a lot in drawing them in my style) If wanting a design inspired by my own designs/previous/personal designs feel free to ask and I can work something out! :]Rules may change at my discretion.

For individuals who have broken rules. I give folks a warning but if broken a rule multiple times they will be blacklisted. Blacklisted users may not receive art, or own characters that I create! As well as other things such as participating in events that I may hold, own a tsuchigumo, or service. I very much prefer them nothing I create to be owned by them! I have every right to refuse service to anyone!
Please do not harrass folks on here, they are public so others may be warned!@Deliquince/@DecemberOddity/@luxsuke (heavily referenced off my work multiple times especially my sonas even after told them not to(they still do)/ block evaded me/difficult to work with to fix a simple problem, partaking in drama, spreading false information and rumors/allegations about me, etc.)

Commissions

As of currently bigger commissions are put on hold(illustrations, shaded pieces, full scenes) due to school, my smaller options are usually available and can be found on my Ko-Fi

Rockabilly has a very sweet and outgoing personality, he's always very kind to the folks around him and wishes to bring the best of shows in town!

Journey

Journey is a divine kami of dreams and mind, he can manipulate your mind to anything you fantasize, he's a skilled martial artist and teacher! He also represents the tsuchigumo, and may tell you all about them if you ask~

Regulus

Regulus is an Airplane Dragon(species by SCPKID) Gaurdian, he has quite the imitate personality but he mostly helps around with Rockabilly, advising him. He works on many musical lyrics and creates wonderful clothes and styles~ His appearance is in reference of Prince 1999, International Lover

Sanjo

Sanjo is an Imperial Ursus Tsuchigumo, an ancient species of spider who are the children of kumonga and the great creator Kami, Izanagi. He may seem like a delinquent up to no good and just lookin' for fights but he has proven himself to be a leader figure and follows a code with utmost honesty and honor.

Rokku

A mysterious little robot. He comes from the digital world of a discontinued game called Rokkudragon. In the manual it states he's a powerful creature who can copy the ability of any who dares to fight him!
